wonderful stay with attentive service!

friendly welcome private breakfast castle view
we received a very friendly welcome and water and treats were brought for our dogs. we had our own private breakfast room with attentive service. our room was spacious with an amazing castle view! the hotel does not have its own car park but you can drop off luggage outside.
the hotel lift is small! this meant there was a longer wait to use it.

friendly reception staff early bag drop-off small room complimentary soaps
The reception staff seemed friendly enough. I was able to leave my bags early. it was... acceptable.
The room was a bit of a letdown. It was small. there weren't any complimentary soaps and it felt overpriced for what it offered. really, they could have at least provided basic toiletries.
